Only stayed for one night but the customer service from everyone was impeccable. Everyone at the front desk was super sweet and Rick the maintenance man/on site chef was a joy to talk to. The room was clean and updated and the included breakfast was delicious and homemade, real eggs no powder. If we're ever in the area again we won't hesitate to stay here.
Excellent stay here! Will return again when I'm in the area. Close to Longhorn Cavern State Park and the warm breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel in a long time! Hospitality and rooms are nice. Wonderful experience!
Very nice experience. It’s an older hotel but kept up nicely and nice friendly lady at the front desk.
This is a nice clean place to stay and the bed was comfortable. Nice friendly staff. Nice hot breakfast is included with variety of items to choose from. Although it is not self serve, there is someone that serves you but could have as much as you want. The food was fresh and very good. Joe and Mary Lea ( I think) were the ones on the morning shift when I checked out. Very friendly and helpful. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there is no coffee pot in the rooms, but you could get some from lobby and take to your room.
Excellent service and a comfortable place to stay. Price are very affordable, the Hotel team are very polite, hot coffe and healthy breakfast included And the area is really good for relaxing and shopping I definitely recommend staying here,
The service was outstanding. Every single staff that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Several people went above and beyond. The breakfast was great! I love the Texas shaped waffles. But the man who made and served the breakfast, thank you. Everything was good and he makes his own salsas. I don't usually put salsa on my eggs but he made it himself so I had to try it and it was excellent. The room was perfect for what we needed. Beds were comfy, and everything was clean.
Easily the best Best Western I've ever stayed in. Which is saying quiet a bit. the ladies at the front desk are the most hospital folks I've ever encountered in there position, there level of service is closer to the Savoy than it is to a 2-3 start establishment. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was excellent. they also have two 9.6kwh Tesla chargers, which is great for those with EVs. I'll definitely be back
Very clean, well maintained and has had a fairly recent face lift. Good value for the dollar. Full hot breakfast served by the staff. Pool was clean and open. Just a well run property and a fair price. No dynamic room pricing and no charge for parking !!
